Bangkok offers significantly lower treatment costs compared to many countries, without compromising on clinical standards. Our laboratory uses the same protocols, equipment, and quality benchmarks as our affiliated fertility centres internationally.

How many trips will I need?
The number of visits to Bangkok depends on your treatment type. Below are the three most common plans. Your doctor will confirm the right approach after your initial consultation.

IUI (Artificial Insemination)
Proof of Identity
- Original passports of both spouses
- Scanned copies of Marriage Certificate
- Proof of marital relationship
Egg / Sperm Freezing
Proof of Identity
- Original personal passport
Blood Test Report
- Blood type report (including RH)
- Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, syphilis, and HIV report (within 6 months)
IVF — Egg Retrieval / Embryo Transfer
Proof of Identity
- Original passports of both spouses
- Scanned copies of Marriage Certificate
- Proof of marital relationship
Blood Test Report
- Both spouses blood type report (including RH)
- Both spouses Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, syphilis, and HIV report (within 6 months)
Surgical Precautions: The egg retrieval procedure is scheduled to begin at 8:00 AM. An adult companion is required to accompany the patient during anaesthesia. Prior to the procedure, an anaesthesia assessment (including blood tests) is required.

How do I start the process?
Contact us via WhatsApp, LINE, or email. Share any existing test results or medical history. Our international team will arrange an initial consultation (online or in-person) and recommend the most suitable treatment plan.
What languages does the clinic support?
Our team provides consultation and support in English, Thai, and Mandarin Chinese. Translation assistance is available throughout your treatment.
Can I do monitoring at my local clinic?
Yes. For the 3-visit IVF plan, ovulation monitoring (ultrasound and blood work) can be done at a clinic near your home between trips. Your ABC doctor will provide the monitoring instructions for your local physician. The same applies for endometrial monitoring before your embryo transfer trip.
Do I need my spouse to be present?
For IUI and IVF treatments, both spouses must be present with original passports and marriage documentation — this is a Thai legal requirement. For egg or sperm freezing as an individual, only the patient needs to be present.
How long do I need to stay for each trip?
Egg freezing: 11–14 days (1 trip). IVF 2-visit plan: 11–14 days (retrieval) + 2 days (transfer). IVF 3-visit plan: 2 days (initial) + 3–5 days (retrieval) + 2 days (transfer). Your doctor will confirm the exact timeline based on your cycle.
What happens after embryo transfer?
You will take progesterone medication after the transfer and can fly home the following day. A pregnancy blood test (hCG) is done at a local clinic approximately 9 days after transfer. Our team will follow up with you on results.
